A Picture is Worth....
The parents of the student we will call John were told that it was very unlikely that their son would ever read or write. A partnership with a committed and caring teacher and the WriteAway software proved this to be WRONG.

John was a grade 8
student from Ontario, Canada. He was a member of a senior
class for the hearing impaired. Coming from being a
virtual non-reader/non-writer, John used WriteAway
to compose greetings he read to the
visiting speaker at the school's graduation. John is shown receiving the "Special Award" from Dr. Colin Laine, University of Western Ontario, on behalf of his classmates who had evaluated WriteAway as the writing tool of choice.
